Wandsworth: where are the classes held?
Our Wandsworth antenatal classes are held at the gorgeous Alma pub, on Old York Road. It’s located directly opposite Wandsworth Town station and is easily accessible via public transport.
How much are Wandsworth antenatal classes?
Our Wandsworth antenatal classes cost £259 for two people. We also offer a single-parent discount. See our FAQs for full details.
Who runs the classes?
Meet Annabel.
Annabel is one of the midwives that teaches our courses in Earlsfield & Wandsworth. Annabel qualified from King's College London. She says, "It is always an honour to support and empower parents at such an exciting and special time of their lives. I can't wait to welcome you to the course!"
How does this differ to NCT classes in Wandsworth?
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Wandsworth are not the same as NCT classes in Wandsworth, or other antenatal classes in and around Wandsworth. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024).
Our local Wandsworth community
Most of the people coming on our Wandsworth antenatal course are from Wandsworth. The course is also popular with those living in neighbouring areas of Earlsfield, Southfields and Clapham Junction.
From walks along the river and trips to Wandsworth Common, to coffee shop hangouts and playdates at each other’s houses, graduates from our Wandsworth antenatal classes are never short of things to do together.
