The specialists.
One person can’t be an expert in all areas of pregnancy, birth and parenting. So, your course host will guide you through all your options with seven experienced specialists, including:• Midwife
• Obstetric (pregnancy & birth) Dr
• Women’s health physiotherapist
• Hypnobirthing teacher
• Paediatric (baby) doctor
• Feeding expert
• Baby first aid instructor
Not only will they share all the latest evidence-based information and practical skills from their expert areas, but as parents and frontline NHS workers themselves, will provide you with realistic, caring and non-judgmental support and answer all your questions in depth and detail, unlike pre-recorded courses.

Put simply, hypnobirthing will help make your birth better. In fact, we’re so confident that hypnobirthing can help everyone, that we include it in all our courses at no extra cost!
But what exactly is it?
Hypnobirthing gives you all the tools you need to navigate the twists and turns of birth with confidence.
Think of an athlete preparing for an event. They wouldn’t just turn up on the day and hope for the best. They prepare physically, but also mentally, and have strategies in place to deal with the unexpected. And, when their big day comes, they’ll have their very best cheerleaders by their side so they can have the greatest experience possible.
This is exactly how we can approach birth. Hypnobirthing gives you all the tools you need to have a positive birth experience, no matter which way you decide to give birth.
-
We recommend that you begin your course after week 25 of your pregnancy to complete the course by week 37. There are recommended courses for your due date on the course location pages.
-
Absolutely! Birth partners play a really important role, so we encourage them to come to all sessions. If you don’t have a birth partner, please contact us about our solo-parent family discount.
-
We find the best group dynamic is when we have between 5 and 14 couples.
-
Definitely! We have many people attending the courses who already have children. Not only will you be able to connect with a whole new group of friends at a similar stage of pregnancy, but you will also be able to debrief on previous birth experiences with our team of specialists, refresh your newborn care skills and perhaps learn new skills such as hypnobirthing and baby first aid.
We do also offer an online refresher course with a social add on option

All questions get reviewed over a period of time and if a common question occurs then we look to add this into our course content.
