Twickenham and St Margarets: where are the classes held?
The Twickenham and St Margarets antenatal classes are held at the popular Turks Head pub on Winchester Road which is 5 minutes from St Margarets station and also close to Twickenham station.
How much are Twickenham and St Margarets antenatal classes?

Who runs the classes?
Meet Amy.
Amy is one of the midwives that teaches our Twickenham and St Margarets antenatal classes. Amy qualified as a Midwife in London in 2017. With experience across all areas of midwifery - from the Labour Ward to Community - she now works as a Practice Development Midwife, supporting and training her colleagues to improve care for women and their families. She lives locally with her partner Dan and their two year old daughter, Olivia. Amy says “I love being a Midwife, and I love sharing my knowledge, so I can’t wait to welcome you all to our St. Margaret’s and Twickenham group! It is such a pleasure to be a part of your experience, and to help educate and empower you in your journey through pregnancy, birth, and into parenthood.”
How does this differ to NCT classes in Twickenham and St Margarets?
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Twickenham are not the same as NCT classes in Twickenham, or other antenatal classes in and around Twickenham. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024)
Our local Twickenham and St Margarets community
Most of the people coming on our Twickenham course are from Twickenham. The course is also popular with those living in neighbouring areas of Strawberry Hill, Teddington, St Margarets and Hounslow.
From walks near Marble Hill House and in Richmond Park, to coffees in St Margarets and trips to Kew Gardens, graduates from our Twickenham antenatal classes are never short of things to do together.
