London Fields: where are the classes held?
Our London Fields classes are held at Mama Shelter on Hackney Road, a 5 minute walk from Cambridge Heath overground.
How much are London Fields antenatal classes?
Our London Fields antenatal classes cost £259 for two people. We also offer a single-parent discount. See our FAQs for full details.
Who runs the classes?
Meet Lauren.
Lauren is one of the midwives who teaches our London Fields antenatal classes. Lauren qualified from London South Bank University. She says: “I can’t wait to welcome you all on the course. Through our sessions I hope to leave you feeling excited and confident to embark on this new chapter in your lives!”
How does this differ to NCT classes in London Fields?
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in London Fields are not the same as NCT classes in London Fields, or other antenatal classes in and around London Fields. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024).
Our local London Fields community
Most of the people coming on our London Fields course are from London Fields and Hackney. The course is also popular with those living in neighbouring areas of Dalston, Islington and Bethnal Green.
From walks in Shoreditch and Hackney Marshes, to coffee shop hangouts and playdates at each other’s houses, graduates from our London Fields antenatal classes are never short of things to do together.
