Who runs the classes?

Meet Molly

Molly is one of the midwives that teaches our Harpenden antenatal classes. Molly graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2019 and now works as a Midwife on The Kensington Wing at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. She is a mum of an 8 month old baby boy, and loves exercising and spending time with family and friends in her spare time. She says “I can’t wait to welcome you onto the new course in St Albans and help prepare and support you on this new and exciting journey to parenthood!”

How does this differ to NCT classes in Harpenden?

NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Harpenden are not the same as NCT classes in Harpenden, or other antenatal classes in and around Harpenden. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024).

Our local Harpenden community

Most people on our Harpenden course are from Harpenden. The course is also popular with people living neighbouring areas of St Albans, Redbourn & Luton.

From walks along Nickey Line Rail Walk, to hangouts in the coffee shops and at each other’s houses, graduates from our Harpenden antenatal classes are never short of things to do.
