Forest Gate: where are the classes held?
Our Forest Gate antenatal classes are held at the Cider House off Avenue Road. The closest tube stations are Forest Gate, Wanstead Park and Woodgrange Park.
How much are Forest Gate antenatal classes?

Who runs the classes?
Meet Lucy.
Lucy is one of the midwives that teaches our courses in Forest Gate and Wanstead & South Woodford. Lucy qualified from Anglia Ruskin University in Essex. She says, "I can't wait to meet all the new coursemates, I love to feel that I am helping families of all kinds prepare for such a wonderful time of their lives, and seeing the lovely friendships that can blossom as a result of taking this course."
How does this differ to NCT classes in Forest Gate?
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Forest Gate are not the same as NCT classes in Forest Gate, or other antenatal classes in and around Forest Gate. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024)
Our local Forest Gate community
Most of the people coming on our Forest Gate course are from Forest Gate. The course is also popular with those living in neighbouring areas of Plaistow, Upton Park and East Ham.
From walks on Wanstead Flats, to coffee shop hangouts and playdates at each other’s houses, graduates from our Forest Gate antenatal classes are never short of things to do together.
