Fleet: where are the classes held?
Our Fleet antenatal classes are held in a private room at the Heron On The Lake on Cove Road, with great transport links and plenty of parking options.
How much are Fleet antenatal classes?
Our Fleet antenatal classes cost £199 for two people. We also offer a single-parent discount. See our FAQs for full details.
Who runs the classes?
Meet Roisin.
Roisin is one of the midwives that teaches our Fleet antenatal classes. Roisin graduated in 2015 from City University. She has been working as an NHS midwife since 2015 in all areas of midwifery including the homebirth team, antenatal clinics, postnatal wards, community, birth centres and labour wards. She is passionate about women-centred care and informed choice and loves nothing more than supporting parents through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. She is also a loving mother of two and currently works as a labour ward midwife. In her spare time she loves yoga, nature and travel. She says “I am really looking forward to meeting you, sharing my knowledge and being there for you as you embark on the most incredible journey.”
How does this differ to NCT classes in Fleet?
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Fleet are not the same as NCT classes in Fleet, or other antenatal classes in and around Fleet. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024).
Our local community
Most people on our Fleet course are from Fleet. The course is also popular with people living neighbouring areas of Farnborough, Church Crookham and Yateley.
From walks at Fleet Pond and the local countryside to hangouts in the coffee shops and at each other’s houses, graduates from our Fleet antenatal classes are never short of things to do.
