Cheltenham: where are the classes held?
Our Cheltenham antenatal classes are held at The Exmouth Arms, on the popular Bath Road in the heart of town. There is on-site parking, as well as a nearby public car-park.

Who runs the classes?
Meet Holly
Holly is one of the midwives that teaches our Cheltenham antenatal classes.
Holly graduated in 2021 from King’s College London and now works as a midwife both in the community and on the wards. In her spare time, she loves hiking, baking and spending time with family and friends.
She says; ‘I’m delighted to be joining you on this big adventure and look forward to guiding you through the various stages! ‘
How does this differ to NCT classes in Cheltenham?
The reason NCT springs to mind first for many people when thinking about antenatal classes is because the classes have been around since the 1950s. For many decades they were the only form of antenatal classes available. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case.
The NCT is a charity and instructors complete a degree course to teach the classes. All Happy Parents Happy Baby instructors are midwives and doctors so have a degree but also thousands of hours of practical experience working in birth centres and hospitals.
Unlike NCT classes, our antenatal classes all include hypnobirthing and baby first aid at no extra cost. At the time of writing, NCT classes in Cheltenham are priced at £269, compared to prices from £199 for Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes. NCT classes are held at the Leonardo Hotel whereas our classes take place at the Exmouth Arms pub so you can relax and make the most of socialising with your course mates.
