Caversham: where are the classes held?
Our Caversham antenatal classes are held at The Griffin on Church Road in the centre of town, it has it’s own carpark on site.
How much are Caversham antenatal classes?
Our Caversham antenatal classes cost £199 for two people. We also offer a single-parent discount. See our FAQs for full details.
Who runs the classes?
Meet Roisin.
Roisin is one of the midwives that teaches our courses in Caversham. Roisin qualified from City University. She says, "I am really looking forward to meeting you, sharing my knowledge and being there for you as you embark on the most incredible journey."
How does this differ to NCT classes in Caversham?
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s and for many decades were the only antenatal classes. This means many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Caversham are not the same as NCT classes in Caversham, or other antenatal classes in and around Caversham. Here are some of the differences (as per December 2024).
Our local community
Most people on our Caversham course are from Caversham. The course is also popular with people living neighbouring areas of Tilehurst and Central Reading.
From walks along the Thames and through Caversham Court, to hangouts in the coffee shops and at each other’s houses, graduates from our Caversham antenatal classes are never short of things to do.
