This week we learn important baby first aid skills. We also discuss self care for new parents, including recovery from birth and adapting to life as new parents. We also provide practical support for those preparing to be a birth partner.

2h in person session: head to the venue and spend the evening building friendships with your coursemates. You may not realise it now but these are the people that will keep you company during those 3am feeds

This session is a great chance for the babies to meet each other and start to build what we hope are life long friendships

Our Cirencester antenatal classes cost £229 for up to two attendees. We also offer a single parent discount. You can pay upfront via credit or debit card, or in interest free instalments.

Jess is one of the midwives that teaches our course in Banbury. Jess qualified from King’s College London.

Meet the Obstetric Doctor
Dr Will is a Consultant Obstetrician, co-founder of Happy Parents Happy Baby, and proud dad of three small children. With a Master’s in medical education and a PhD underway in early pregnancy, he’s all about turning medical jargon into real, honest information, to support you on your journey.
Meet the Hypnobirthing Teacher
Hannah is a hypnobirthing teacher and busy mum with over six years of experience helping new parents feel more confident and prepared for birth. She’s looking forward to sharing practical tools and techniques to support a calm and positive birth experience.
Meet the Feeding Specialist
Rebecca is an IBCLC lactation consultant and Neonatal Speech and Language Therapist, working in a busy neonatal unit. She’s also a mum herself and brings both clinical expertise and personal experience to her work. Rebecca is committed to supporting you with your feeding choices, whatever they may be.
Meet the First Aid Instructor
Dr Andy is a consultant in neonatal medicine at a busy London children’s hospital. With a Master’s in medical education and years of experience supporting thousands of parents through HPHB courses, he brings both clinical insight and a practical approach. As a dad himself, he’s passionate about helping parents feel confident with essential baby first aid skills.
Meet the Paediatric Doctor
Dr Kiran is an NHS paediatric doctor and mum who aims to share practical advice and insights in a supportive, non-judgmental way. She’s passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and parents, making medical knowledge more accessible and relatable.
Meet the Physiotherapist
Clare is a pelvic health physiotherapist and mum of two, with a strong focus on supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period. She’s committed to breaking down taboos around pelvic floor health and helping women access the support they need.
NCT classes have been around since the 1950s, so many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Cirencester are not the same as NCT classes in Cirencester, or other antenatal classes in Cirencester.
