This week we learn important baby first aid skills. We also discuss self care for new parents, including recovery from birth and adapting to life as new parents. We also provide practical support for those preparing to be a birth partner.

This week we will focus on building your village, with a dedicated social session.

2h in person session: head to the venue and spend the evening building friendships with your coursemates. You may not realise it now but these are the people that will keep you company during those 3am feeds

Nb. as this session is a social opportunity, it is not instructor-led

By this point your group will be a whole lot bigger, as you’re joined by all the new additions.

This session is a great chance for the babies to meet each other and start to build what we hope are life long friendships

Our Cirencester antenatal classes cost £229 for up to two attendees. We also offer a single parent discount. You can pay upfront via credit or debit card, or in interest free instalments.

Who runs the classes?

How does this differ to NCT classes in Cirencester?

NCT classes have been around since the 1950s, so many people believe that all antenatal classes are NCT classes, which is not the case. Happy Parents Happy Baby antenatal classes in Cirencester are not the same as NCT classes in Cirencester, or other antenatal classes in Cirencester.
