We’re looking for a motivated venues and events planner to join Happy Parents Happy Baby.
Job Title: Venues Coordinator
Contract: 3-month contract initially (immediate start preferred)
Location: Negotiable
Hours: Negotiable
Pay: Day rate (experience dependant)
Description: We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to assist with securing venues for our in-person antenatal classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable venues aligned with our brand and audience
- Proactively contact venues
- Negotiate rates and terms
- Build and manage relationships with venue partners
- Maintain a clear tracking system of outreach and secured bookings
- Coordinate availability, contracts and logistics with the internal team
