We’re looking for a motivated venues and events planner to join Happy Parents Happy Baby.

 

Job Title: Venues Coordinator
Contract: 3-month contract initially (immediate start preferred)

Pay: Day rate (experience dependant)

Description: We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to assist with securing venues for our in-person antenatal classes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify suitable venues aligned with our brand and audience
  • Proactively contact venues
  • Negotiate rates and terms
  • Build and manage relationships with venue partners
  • Maintain a clear tracking system of outreach and secured bookings
  • Coordinate availability, contracts and logistics with the internal team
